When you refer a friend to our office, you can be sure that they will receive the same quality eye care and excellent service that you have come to expect from Lehigh Valley Center for Sight.

Now, as part of our "Share the Care" program, you will receive something too!  When you refer someone to our office, we will send you a $25 Visa gift card as a thank you for your referral!  

It's easy to "Share the Care!"

  1. Pick up a "Share the Care" card in our office, 

  2. Fill out your information, 

  3. Pass the card along to your friends or family,

  4. They bring in the completed card when they come in 

       for their first appointment.

  5. We'll send you a $25 Visa gift card to say "Thank you!"
